Gatlinburg Cabin Rental - Reservations

Private Owners

Please note that we are private owners and not a rental company. This is our personal vacation home which we rent when we are not using it. Our home is maintained as our little getaway and we sincerely hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Reserving Your Dates

Please click on the Calendar Link here or above to check the availability of your dates. The nights in red have already been taken. We make every effort to keep the calendar up to date, but you are welcome (and encouraged) to email us or call us (863-967-7039 or 863-660-2771) to confirm your dates.

Then just email us or call us with your request. If emailing, please include your postal mailing address and at least one phone number. We will send you a reservation invoice with your totals and payment options via email.

We will need a down payment of at least $100 to confirm a reservation. The balance, plus the security deposit, is due 30 days before you arrive. At that time we send you information on how to access our home. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, then the entire amount is due right away.

Minimum Stays

We have minimum stays for certain seasons. We rarely (if ever) rent for less than 3 nights. Again, this is our personal cabin, and we do not feel that it is worth the expense and wear and tear to rent for less than 3 nights. We prefer to rent for at least 4 nights over the major holidays and weekly during the summer and fall seasons.

Having said that, we are always open to discussion, so please ask!

Payment Options

We cannot accept credit cards directly (that's the reason for the security deposit) but we can take them via Paypal - which offers you more security. Of course, your personal check is always welcome, except for last minute rentals - the mail is just too slow.
