12.5% Tax applies to all rental rates (9.5% Sales Tax + 3.0% Hotel Tax).
Refundable $200 Security Deposit required for all rentals.
Refundable $100 Pet Deposit additional for all rentals with pets.
Cleaning fee of $75 may apply at certain times of the year - ask for details.
Weekly minimum may be in effect for Summer and October - ask for details.
We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders and Paypal for rentals and deposits.
A $100 deposit is required to confirm a reservation, the entire balance, plus
the Security Deposit, is
due 30 days prior to your arrival.
